Astro Almanac Weekly Forecast For June 5-11: Questioning Reality

Welcome back to another Astro Almanac Weekly Forecast!

This week continues a theme of personal planets interacting with Jupiter, Neptune, Saturn, and Pluto. Jupiter and Neptune form a square on the 16th, and Saturn and Neptune form a sextile on the 18th.

And, of course, the Saturn - Pluto conjunction is still at just over three degrees of orb, increasing to four degrees over the next two weeks. Still, we should consider this conjunction in effect, especially as other planets and luminaries interact with it.

The Gemini Sun will be making hard aspects to Jupiter/Neptune this week. After that, Mars, Mercury, and then Venus will follow suit. More on the latter three later this month.

The Jupiter / Neptune square of the 16th is certainly in effect now. As of the 9th, when the Gemini Sun begins interacting with the two planets, they will be in less than a degree of orb from that square. More on that in a moment.

Before that we get a flash of genius on the 7th as Mercury and Uranus harmonize in the form of a sextile. Those of us affected can find that we have a real a-ha! moment, as Uranus will help us remove any mental blocks that we have.

The following day has Venus taking her annual trip through chatty Gemini. The key to a great social life with Venus in Gemini is to spend some live time talking with friends, which specifically means putting down the social media for long enough to have some old-fashioned conversation.

Now to talk about the Sun-Jupiter-Neptune T-square that's coming up on the 9th-10th.

Jupiter and Neptune squared, in our outer world, is certainly reflective of our times. The lines between fantasy and reality have been increasingly blurred in our world, where leaders cry "FAKE NEWS" at any solidly true revelations about them, while their followers readily believe anything that supports the narrative that they've chosen.

As the Sun in Gemini forms a T-square with Jupiter and Neptune, this issue ought to be brought into the forefront. It also wouldn't surprise me to see something such as a light being shone on, oh, I don't know...perhaps a grifter of a televangelist whose scam has been exposed? Perhaps we'll see something along those lines. Maybe some more politicians will hide behind the Bible while conjuring up some more repressive legislation. These are among the possibilities of a Jupiter - Neptune square.

It should be noted, however, that Saturn is heading towards a sextile with Neptune on the 18th (and also a semisextile with Jupiter around that time). This will add a much-needed dose of reality for those who want it by keeping us grounded, especially next week when Mercury opposes Saturn and trines Neptune.

On a more personal level, there will be a general tendency towards gullibility and confusion as the Sun squares Neptune. Adding to this recipe for bad judgment is expansive Jupiter being opposed by the Sun, making us feel even more sure that the not-quite-on-the-level Neptunian vibes are indeed on the level after all. They're not, so please be vigilant this week! Again, Saturn in the mix will offer us a reality check if we wish to take it. And that we should. If you leave it up to Saturn, the reality check might be less pleasant than it would be if we take a better look at reality ourselves first.

Therefore, the solution to navigating the Jupiter-Neptune square is simply to take the extra time to make sure all of the details add up and are 100% based in reality before making any big commitments. Saturn will be there to help, especially next week, so do try to hold off on major decisions until we have a firm grip on what is real.

That's the forecast for now. A preview of the following week shows that it will be Mars' and Mercury's turn to aspect Saturn and Neptune (as well as Jupiter, via inconjunct). More on that next week. Until then, love and light to you all.
